Tasting Notes:
Riesling 2008
A rich, floral nose is backed by the presence of peach and bergamot jam. On the palate, the drying process has made a lovely off-dry wine full of spice and citrus, while maintaining a racy, fresh acidity that lends it a beautiful balance. Mineral and lime bring you to a fresh and clean yet lingering finish. Enjoy this wine now, or let it age and enjoy its evolution!
Riesling 2007
"This wine is impressive, as a portion of the grapes were dried before vinification, as a means to give more punch. Indeed there is more power, as a huge perfume of peach and bergamot jam, honey and flowers soars out of the glass. On the palate, it explodes with added flavours of lime and spice, as well as a long finish. In a nutshell - great stuff!"
