Pinot Noir 2008

With an open nose of raspberry, black cherry, beets and freshly turned earth, this wine represents all that is best about Pinot Noir. Maraschino cherry and cranberry flavours dominate, with subtle nuances of mushroom and vanilla on the palate, while soft tannins provide a frame for the mouth filling, round texture. Earth and mushroom continue their interplay with a well balanced acidity leading to a long, supple finish.
