Cabernet Sauvignon 2007

"God's sweet nectar of amarones - for contemplation of life. This wine, packaged in 500ml is the sweet/dessert version of the 100% appassimento style wine. This wine is based and inspired by the "Recioto" wine of Valpolicella. It can be enjoyed by itself, in contemplative moods or with selected after dinner sweets. The guests' reactions to this nectar of full bodied bitter/sweet "chocolate" have been simply spectalular--a wine for very, very special intimate moments"

Vincero 2008

An opaque purple, almost black colour hints at the concentration and intensity in this wine. Layers of blueberry, raspberry, plum and currant aromas explode over nuances of eucalyptus, herbs and marzipan. A wonderful sweetness is balanced by good acidity, enveloping the palate with unsurpassed roundness, texture, intensity and finesse! Subtle notes of cocoa and vanilla appear on the finish which seems to continue indefinately. Enjoy as an aperitif, with full flavored cheeses or with raspberries and chocolate for dessert.
